Bad Boyz/Bad Seeds/Fucked up Family

So my grandma just called in, and she was telling me about this thing that happened yesterday with my mother. She was talking about the Jon Bone Ramsey case that happened in Boulder, CO, actually not too far from where I used to live. Because I lived in Denver. Kind of freaky. But so was Columbine. Anyway, she was talking about that case with my mother, and Grandma had been thinking that the brother is the one who did it. And my mom replied by saying the boy was a 'bad seed'. Grandma couldn't figure out where she would get that idea, since there is no such thing. This is an example of what digit and I were just talking about. The innate vs. the environment. The boy being a bad seed vs. he had a fucked up childhood or something or maybe was suffering from a mental disorder. Interesting stuff. Didn't Jeffrey Dommer come from a "Normal" background? Well, anyway then my conversation with Grandma went on and I was telling her that I think she should be more cooperative with my mother and Carl, because Hell, they all could really work out something good, if in fact, they could work it out. And Grandma started getting in a tiff because that's the last thing she's willing to do. Although, as we all know, my mom has her issues too. Uh, anyway, Grandma got into a tizzy and hung up! I lied there on my bed, thinking that maybe she would call back. But she hasn't yet. Did I say something wrong? One time my grandma had someone at the door while I was on the phone with her, and she left the phone and I was sitting there and she never came back to the phone. It was kind of fucken funny :) My mom thinks she's getting Alzheimer's. Granny's always been a little off though. We ALL know that! Oh yeah, and the other thing, is that I guess my mom got fairly pissed when grandma didn't agree with the 'bad seed' idea. Makes me wonder what the hell my mom was thinking about this time. Pretty spooky shit.
