I'm exhausted. Exhilarated. Anxious. Nervous. Well, overall incredibly super excited because I've been in studio with The Guise all month, and we should be done with our cd soon! Our new equipment sounds great, and we haven't even tapped it all out yet. Plus we're still learning this new synthesizer we just added to the group. I'm feeling extremely confident that we'll be getting steady work once we begin distributing. We're also looking to book a show in New Orleans sometime in August, because we're probably gonna be down there anyway. In other news I'll be at two years on hormones tomorrow, which is funny because I've been off T for about a month now. Stupid inaccessible healthcare! So fucking expensive and frustrating. I'm feeling the raging hormonal epic battle in my body though, so I'm about to break down and bust up with the credit cards. Tomorrow's also my cat's birthday, so I got him a couple of presents today. He's had a rough year. Haven't we all?
