pop three dwarf potatoes, an egg and a handful of lentils into a pot, fill it with water, add a little salt and boil.
while the pot boils, cut one chicken breast fillet into small chunks. mix a tablespoon of honey and three teaspoons of dijon mustard. massage them into the damn chicken. when it's all nicely mixed up, stir fry until golden brown in a pan with a teeny little bit of extra virgin olive oil.
when the potatoes are soft, drain out the water from the pot. cut the potatoes into quarters and roughly chop the egg.
place heaps of lettuce leaves in a bowl. drop the cooked chicken, potatoes, egg and lentils into the bowl and drop in a desired amount of grated parmesan or colby. dump in some extra glam croutons, drizzle over caesar's salad dressing (not the creamy kind) and toss toss toss!
