I read the Bell Jar last night, and I must admit I am in love with it. It's so hauntingly beautiful, and I'd like to think I am somewhat like Miss. Plath in my writing style, but one can only hope.

Sylvia Plath = better than anyone else in the whole world. I love her so much. ♥ Have you read much of her poetry? She's amazing, and Ted Hughes is even more amazing, and if you like him than you should try Seamus Heaney but sgkhsgkhsgikh you should know by now that don't ever bring up poetry around me as I'll have a little spazz attack on you.

But urgh, Tennyson. *feels guilty*

I thought you've seen the Dead Poets Society? In fact, I'm almost sure you're the one who told me to watch it? >.>

Vivaldi's lovely. Bach is lovlier. ♥

Lord of the Flies is fabulous but don't read it on a bus (like I did) as you'll think everyone on it is about to attack you; I haven't read Love in the Time of Cholera but Gabriel Garcia Marquez is amazing so I have no doubt it will be brilliant. And of course Sylvia's Journals are to die for. ♥

Haha. I shant bring up poetry around you again. I haven't read much of it lately, which is why I'm on a massive scavange for it now. I feel guilty. I haven't read too much of Plath's poetry, because the second-hand shop like doesn't have her, and it was like $35 for selected poems at the bookshop, so I left it. And I'm too old-fashioned to read too much poetry online, it takes away the intimacy in it I feel.

But I've read a few.

Yeah, I've seen DPS but it's my favourite movie, and I haven't watched it in a long time. So bring it on!

My presonal favourite is Debussy, but Vivaldi is warming on me. I love Autumn.

I really need to listen to more Bach.

Don't worry, I don't catch buses, so I wont read it there. I got Love in the Time of Cholera off Al for my birthday, so I really should read it. And yes. Yes they are.

People catch on pretty quickly. ;) I have... a lovely copy of Ariel that was my grandmother's, but that's all, I think - until Friday, when I have to decide between buying either her or Ted Hughes' complete works. *bites nails*

I need to listen to Debussy again, I think; I had his complete work but I need to download it again since the computer screwed up. Actually, I think it might still be uploaded. *wanders off to listen*

His first Sonata in G Minor kills me every time. ♥

God. That'd be a really hard decision. Well, not for me at the moment. I only bought a second-hand copy of Hughes assorted poems today, and haven't had a chance to read them yet, but I'm sure it's such a ghastly decison.

Debussy is love. Thank Edward for making me fall in love with it.
