She stared out the window at the pair. Her long red hair framed her freckled face. It was only a week earlier that he had broken up with her, yet he'd already moved on.
"You're not my type, but I still want to be friends," He told her.
Not his type? She asked herself many times, How can someone have a type?
Well, now she knew. His new 'significant other' was dark skinned, dark haired, and taller than her. They had cool grey eyes and were in very good shape.
Ugly, She convinced herself, They're ugly.
But no, anything but ugly. Graceful, elegant, and beautiful.
Ginny sighed heavily and leaned her head against the cool window. But instead of continuing to stare at what she lost, she felt a soft hand against her cheek.
"You'll lose yourself if you keep watching them," said a soft, smooth voice.
"I can't help it," she mumbled, "I don't know what I did..."
The hand turned her face and she felt lips press agaisnt hers. When they pulled away she saw cool greyish-blue eyes.
"So say goodbye to what you lost and start looking for what you can find."
Good bye, Harry. Say 'hi' to Blaise for me. I've found a new love. His name is Draco. Love, Ginny.
