i had a great day today. long day. exhausting day. but it was all well worth it. i was up early for holiday club at the church, its fun. then from that i had lunch then went down to winchester to get ready. this gig was actually the best gig ever. every band played their hearts out. and every band was highly appreciated by the crowd. the place was packed. we were one off selling the venue out. flare lit opened and their set went really quick i think in the end it was the right decision to put them on first. they opened well. rocket kid got in a bit of a soundcheck before they started playing but fishers bass wasnt working so he used mine in the end. they played really well, i really enjoy rocket kids mucic. then we played! it took theiny ages to get ready. we messed up a few times but we were pretty tight. we got an amazing response. we had more people watching us than any other band i think. i enjoyed that set more than any other time i have played. it was awesome. we need to get at least another song done really but its ok. after us chaser played, they have really improved since i last saw them. i think they are really good. second monday really impressed me. i really enjoyed them this time, before i have been unsure, maybe cos of all the hype around them, but they were very good. slingshot were awesome, i was pleased with picking them, and they were awesome. ashame a lot of the crowd had left early to catch trains.
i was soo happy with people showing up. my parents and sister came and enjoyed it, my uncle came, john, james, friends, even people who i thought werent too keen on me, all cam to support me and rob and i thank you all for that.
