no longer homeless
hey! it's my new car! it has fancy wheels and black leather interior and a nice soundsystem and a v6 with dual overhead cams (i think that's what they're called).
also, i found out today that i'm not going to have to live in it because i DID get USC housing. that makes life easier. the parking lot for my building was also one of the few that hadn't sold out yet. jesus loves me.
this has truly been one of the most boring and unfulfilling summers of my entire life. i am so glad i'm going to college, because if i had to work in meangingless and frustrating jobs forever, i really don't think i would survive it. i've hardly had any time to read, sew, or write and i'm feeling pretty intellectually stunted and incredibly bored. i don't know how people can be cashiers or something their entire lives. some days i feel like crying when i realize i've spent 15 hours doing something that made me stupider and means nothing to anyone. yucky.
i like to drive my new car around listening to the killers and interpol and being a bad ass in my gunmetal gray car with black leather interior.
