havent blogged in a week. cause the last few nights, it's been a "mad" rush to complete my 黑糖群侠传 haha. actually i'm not the one in a mad rush haha my bro's the one. he'll be like "can you quickly go bathe?", "can you hurry up?", "quickly or i'm going to watch without you"
yes, my bro's hooked. only this one lar...but i must say 黑糖群侠传 is really quite good. the suspense is really up to the last minute lor and the plot is ridiculously funny haha
den met Hsio Wei yesterday for dinner and movie and of cos to exchange xmas presents haha
#29 - Precious Moment Heart-shaped Keychain mirror from Hsio Wei.
watched 7 Pounds, starring Will Smith.
hmm...i have mixed feelings about the movie...the 1st 45mins, i was kind of confused. just couldnt guess what it's all abt (i didnt read any reviews etc abt it prior to that) then slowly i started to understand what the show is about, or rather, what Will Smith was trying to do...then it got me even more confused haha
cause i couldnt decide if what he did was right. [ok, whoever decides to watch the movie, should stop reading from this point forward.]
he caused the death of 7 people in a car accident, including his wife. then in his state of remorse, he decided to find 7 worthy people and give them a new lease of life. by killing himself and donating his body parts.
on one end, i'm inclined to think that he has atoned his sins because he has helped 7 people who would have died without transplants from him, except the blind guy maybe, but the other 6 would really have died without his organs.
but on the other end, the way he chose to end his life was really painful..and im sure his wife would not have wanted him to do this. and he could possibly have saved more than 7 lifes if he stayed alive.
but then again, the 7 people he chose to help are certified and verified by him that they are all good people, very good people. so i guess giving them the extension of their lifes would spark off a chain effect of more good people out there, hopefully helping more people.
and he really shouldnt have fell in love with that girl, or rather, make her fall in love with him. then gave her his heart and extended her life. to him, he may have given her a 2nd life. but to her, to have lost the man she loves, wouldnt that be extending her pain instead?
now you see why i am confused after stepping out of the movie? haha i cant decide if i agreed with his way of atoning for his sins. and i couldnt reach a decision when i ask myself "If i were him, would i have done the same?"
urgh! that's y i hate watching movies like this. they make watching movies stressful haha thats y i always like bimbo movies. btw i didnt choose the movie...but oh well, i agreed to go along with it...
celebrations,
blah blah lalalala
