couldn't weigh myself this morning, mom took the scale. i think i did good. i ate salad and a snikers bar at lunch, yesterday. puked up dinner. i ate a chicken sandwhich, fries and 2 candy bars today. im really pissed. im not gonna eat until friday at lunch, if then. vivi was really good at helping me, telling me no, but when she had to leave, i lost it. i'll tell her and ask for toms of help tomarrow.
