so like i met up with my gf at the library. her mom didnt know we were meeting up. so we hang for a little while in the back. and i sit ddown and she sits on my lap. then her mom comes around the corner. and is all like "your done" and im like fuck

Even though I don't know you or her or your situation, if you're not going to be able to see each other as often as you want to, and if you're questioning who she really is and whether you really do love her, then maybe you should have a talk with her and say something like "because it's so difficult for us to see each other, maybe we should take a break and try seeing other people for a while. We can still hang out and stuff, but it's too hard and stressful to try and have a real relationship right now." (Don't be specific about who the other people are though.) Maybe she's questioning it too. Practicality is a very good reason to step back for a bit.
Also, maybe your girlfriend was dressed differently because her mom was there. Dressing differently doesn't necessarily mean someone is a poser. I don't wear heavy eyeliner and crazy skirts and Docs to work because I want to look professional for my job (I work in an upscale store selling designer clothes), and I definitely won't to go visit my family. Even on my days off I get lazy and don't wear makeup or crazy clothes unless I go out. Even in high school I used to get changed at school or put on makeup on the bus or train if I was going somewhere, because I didn't want my parents to see it. That's just how life works, and yeah, it's complicated.
I hope things work out OK, sometimes talking it out really is the best thing.
