So it's official
My laptop's hard drive is really dead. The files can't be recovered.
Never to be recovered Hard to recover: (Never say never hehehe)
All the high school and college projects I slaved over (and some of my classmates' projects too :P).
My offline journal.
All the pictures of my friends and I.
My YM Archives.
My old websites.
The list of accounts (usernames) that I have for like a hundred websites.
The website I'm making for thesis (I have to start from scratch!).
More likely to be recovered:
My OJT projects (I hope my boss still has a copy).
My super short resume (I guess I can also ask my boss if she can let me borrow the copy I gave her).
The downloaded fonts and brushes, and all the installers, MP3s, video clips, and movies (Yay for DSL).
And yet I'm not as affected as I thought I would be. How odd. Or maybe it hasn't sunk in yet.
The files that really matter? The ones on the first list. Haaaay.
