On my boring Christmas break. And a survey to match.

It's a good thing that I borrowed Miggy's Smallville DVDs. Haaay, I knew that this Christmas/New Year break was going to be boring. So now, my sister and I are Michael Rosenbaum fans, and my little brother is now obsessed with the Smallville series - which is weird, since all he ever does is play videogames. Hehe. I don't get to watch TV kasi, with the exception of watching a Smallville rerun the other night on Studio 23. If ever I do get to watch (when I'm not on vacation, that is), I would be on a music channel or a cartoon channel (music and cartoons relax me).

Sooo...ayun.

I've been eating Christmas ham all day yesterday...breakfast, lunch, dinner! #1 Christmas gift yan sa dad ko (years ago, it used to be fruitcake). Without fail. #2, chocolates/candies (Hindi na naging considerate kay dad, nakita na ngang mataba eh...maybe they're thinking of the children?! :D). #3, wine (what's with all the food?!)! Which we never get to consume. If I recall correctly, I found 15 bottles, still sealed, in the attic. In the kitchen, 2 or 3 bottles. And this Christmas, I think my parents received 5 or more bottles.

Makikigaya na nga rin ako. 40 things you probably don't know about me:

Five Things You May Not Know About My Time in School:
1. Nursery - I went to Gingergrace, in Angono, and my lolo and I would go there by tricycle.
2. Preschool - We made bubbles out of gumamela flowers! I can't, for the life of me, remember how we did those. How was it even possible? How?!
3. Preschool - I had this classmate who was also my friend, but I never knew her name...hahaha!
4. First grade - My parents would take me to school, and I'd CRY if I found out that they left. (Why in first grade? Why not in Preschool? That still has me stumped.) Naaalala ko pa pag-emote ko nun kay Ate tungkol dun. "(singhot, singhot) Ate, may problema ako...isang malaking problema..." Hahaha akalain niyo yun, six years old ako nun! Wadapak?!
5. High school - We had barkada notebooks (one at a time, of course) which we passed around in class.

Five Things You May Not Know About the Job/s I Have (or Had or Don't Have):
1. During OJT, I barely got any sleep at all due to all the programming we had to do...
2. ...and we weren't paid for it.
3. I didn't have hour-long lunch breaks. I ate while I programmed. That's how desperate I was to get the job done and over with.
4. The job I had to do during OJT wasn't connected to my major.
5. We had rock music playing loudly all day, thanks to Kuya Sammy, the graphic designer.

Five Things You May Not Know About My Online Life:
1. As much as possible, I try to use the DLSU dial-up, since my siblings are HEAVY PLDT Vibe users, and Cable/DSL services are non-existent here. Ang taas na ng bill namin kasi.
2. I'm almost always online. Just invisible.
3. I used to use MSN Messenger, YM, and ICQ at the same time. Now it's just good old YM. Para hindi mabigat sa disk space and memory.
4. I save my IMs because they make me smile. (Senti ang lolah niyo!)
5. I like reading blogs a lot.

Five Things You May Not Know About Where I Live:
1. My dad's dad built this house.
2. The nearest mall is 30 minutes away, that is, if there's no traffic. Seriously.
3. Its name, Angono, comes from "Ang nuno". Sino ang nuno? Ewan ko. Hahaha.
4. The only fast food chains here are Jollibee and Greenwich. Hehe.
5. Everybody in our baranggay knows everybody, at least by face, if not by name. Usually it's by relations..."Anak 'yan ng pamangkin ng kapatid ng lolo ni ganyan!".

Five Things You May Not Know About My Home Life:
1. All of us do chores because we let our "maid" go (We don't really like the term, "maid". For lack lang of a better term.).
2. Actually, even when we still had one, we did chores because our parents didn't want us growing up like señoritas/señoritos.
3. Our fridge never runs out of seafood and vegetables.
4. My siblings and I fight over who gets to use the main TV room (The other rooms don't have airconditioning, DVD/VCD/VHS player, XBox and Dreamcast.). Yes, kababawan.
5. Even though we all have our own rooms, like cza's family, our whole family still sleeps in one room. Trip lang. :P

Five Things You May Not Know that I Desperately Want:
1. This is not exactly a "thing", but I sooo very desperately want more freedom.
2. A driver's license (and a car to go with it of course).
3. Stardom! Hahaha. Basta, gusto ko lang kumanta.
4. Graduate on time. Panira thesis.
5. Every DVD of every episode of every TV Series ever created.

Five Embarrassing Fannish Admissions I Have That You May Not Know:
1. I like 'N Sync. Gaaaaah. They're a boyband that I can't grow out of. WHY?
2. I actually went to a mall appearance of a boyband - one that shall not be named! And besides, it was years ago.
3. When my blockmates borrowed my laptop, opened up my Media Player, and found all Mariah Carey music on my playlist, I totally denied that it was my playlist. I said it was Marcy's (SORRY MARCY!!!), because listening to Mariah nowadays is sooo gay. Hehehe. Funny, I used to be such a huge fan.
4. Er...I think Eminem's really hot.
5. Sorry C2T5, pero fan ako ng Bigote (C2T6)! Shakhz. Tsaka ng Coconut Invaders (C2T8). Hahaha. Ang bantot ng name, pero mehn, ang galing talaga nila eh.

Five Things You May Not Know About What I Do in a Typical Day: (typical day without school to ah)
1. I wake up at around 10 or 11 AM...
2. ...but I don't eat breakfast just yet. I watch TV until I get hungry. Hahaha. That's for around an hour, 3 at most.
3. After I eat, I wash the dishes...
4. ...and then I do whatever household chore that my dad tells me to do.
5. I rest for like 30 minutes, then take a bath.
