(no subject)
Today started out looking like it would be a good day...got up, got showered, had breakfast and got dressed for work without incident. Then I got about 3 miles from the office and was rear-ended. Thankfully, aside from damaging the spare, my truck is okay - no damage to the bumper, etc. However, since I was at a dead stop for a red light (since its kinda like a law or something to stop for those) my body moved in the accident instead. So I hit my nose on my steering wheel. Of course the guy that hit me wanted to be a jerk about giving me his info...but the cop sitting at the Whataburger the accident happened in front of deterred him from that!
However, to make a long story short, the amount of blood on my nice white blouse by the time I got to work pretty much was a dead giveaway that my nose is broken. Thankfully, I had a new dress that I bought the other day and didn't have enough hands to carry into the house still in the car so I could change. Otherwise, I probably would've worn my workout gear for the day instead and just hid inside my office.
