Quick, unsatisfying check-in
I haven't said anything in a long time. Things are a mixed bag. The highlights:
Went to a lovely wedding of some beloved kinky people a few weeks back. 3GGF had a great time. For my Houston friends, Miss Kristy (FeistyVixen) was spoken of very well by two of the uber-dommes at the event. People remembered her from an event in New York.
3GGF is working part-time at Pottery Barn, and has several good leads on jobs.
We went to the Halloween FLOG, and we *almost* went to an afterparty! 3GGF was willing to go, but we had to be up early in the morning. But still, she was interested in going!!!!! Forward movement!
Also, my flogs currently reside at her apartment.
We also had a very difficult, very important talk about poly, sharing at a party, kink, and other things. It was good, overall. She got mad and frustrated when we talked about the fact that I'm kinda poly. She said she'd never share me with a woman. We did come to some understanding about playing with people at a party and such. Again, forward movement.
Remember what I said about 3GGF and her job opportunities? Well, I, on the other hand, have lost mine. This time through no fault of my own (last time, it was through my stupidity). PATNC laid off 10 people, based on seniority. Everyone hired around my time and after, and some even going back 2 years, were let go. So, I'm looking for a job again.
Okay, that's all. Hopefully, in the not-too-distant future, I'll expound on these things. Hopefully, I'll read your blogs and catch up with you. Florida pals, we're looking forward to your arrival after Christmas. I have plenty of time to work on prepping the house for you, now! Houston pals, I'm sorry I haven't been able to keep up of late. St. Louis folks, I'm just glad I have you to lean on at these times.
