Mod Post: Rules Update

Since the poll shows that most who voted, would like the option to use material from the Doctor Who spin-off series it will be allowed with certain restrictions.
In challenges where noted, material from the spin-off Doctor Who universe series can be included as long as you enter at least 1 icon from Doctor Who for every spin-off icon.

For example:
Allowed entry: 2 icons from Doctor Who, 1 icon of The Sarah Jane Adventures, 1 of icon Torchwood
Allowed entry: 1 icon of Doctor Who, 1 of The Sarah Jane Adventures
Allowed entry: 1 icon of Doctor Who
Incorrect entry: 1 icon of The Sarah Jane Adventures
Incorrect entry: 3 icons of Torchwood, 1 of Doctor Who

In other words, the number of spin-off series icons per entry, should not be more than the number of Doctor Who icons.
This will keep the community a Doctor Who icontest, like it was originally set up to be.
Whether or not spin-off material is allowed, will be noted by the mod within each challenge post itself, to keep things interesting this will vary from challenge to challenge.
There may be occasionally, special challenges that are only spin-off focused but that will be noted in the challenge post.
