Can you spell your name in amino acids?
So the biochem final is over. She showed up a half hour late because she thought it started at 930 and not at 830, and it was way longer than she said it was going to be.. she estimated an hour and a half and a good 3/4 of the class incl myself took 2 1/2 hours.. I studied for about 15 hours and I'm glad I did.. that final was a little nuts. As a bonus question, she asked what our favorite amino acid was and why. So I put, "Phenylalanine is my favorite amino acid because there is a warning for phenylketonurics on diet coke which apparently contains phenylalanine, and
I LOVE DIET COKE
Of course I was writing in pencil so I couldn't exactly make it scroll across my paper :o) And p.s. the diet coke was STILL cherry coke at lunch today. And the bookstore wouldn't buy back the biochem book or the physics book...oh well. New list: 2 days, 3 finals, and a take home. Woot!
