Stanislaus County Fair!!!

So I went to the Stanislaus County Fair today, even though I live in Merced County. But the counties are so small up here that you can go from one to the other quite easily. Besides, the Stanislaus fair is better than the Merced fair anyway. I went to help my sister take tickets at the gate because it's a fundraiser for her colorguard and they need

Waah! I haven't been to a fair in SO LONG! And the OC Fair is ending soon. :D I was talking about fairs with my friends and discussing how our(Merced County's) fair is NOTHING like this one. Aside from the size I tell them that we also don't NEED to go to a fair to see livestock, we just go down the street! XD

Good to hear you had fun! Honestly I can't remember the members in your family aside from your brother! (~o~) Then again I wasn't as big a "friend" as my sister was (who is now married by the way!!)

Exactly, we're so used to horses and cows up here! It's not even a big deal when we see them at the fair. But when I walk by the livestock area, it really makes my allergies flare up, haha. I didn't even know the OC fair was going on right now. It'd be interesting to go to a fair in So Cal, like the LA County fair. I wonder what they would have there.

Judi got married?! To Jesse? Wow. Haha yeah, we have a little sister, Lindsey. She's gonna be a junior this year.

Yes indeedy doo to Jesse :D It wasn't a major ceremony just a tiny little thing with Justice of the peace. She's planning her "big thing" for like next year or so.

Haha I know what you mean, I don't really talk to people from Livingston either. I feel like I'm losing my memory because I'm even forgetting the names of people from my own grade!

awww! I think i'm about to go to the mid-state fair today! Once you've been raised with "the fair" being the biggest thing to happen all year, you can't really deny the fact that you still love it...hahah! I'm glad you understand!

I love the mid-state fair! I think you've taken me there twice. That makes me wonder, do you also have the San Luis Obispo County Fair? Or does the mid-state fair cover it? I know, I love the fair and I'm not ashamed to say it. Bowling For Soup played yesterday, and Raven-Symoné is playing on Thursday, haha. Mmm, fair food. So fried and unhealthy and delicious...

hahaha! MMMMM funnel cake! and yeah, all we's got is the mid state fair! It covers it all. Yeah I think Rod Stewart is playing at our fair and maybe john mayer? hahaha, and a ton of big country acts....

I'm so jealous! I love John Mayer! And country! Rod Stewart is my mom's favorite. She went to see him in Bakersfield a few years ago, haha.
