Un buon weekend.
I had a good weekend. I can't believe it's over and I have to go back to school tomorrow! They had this karaoke thing called "UCR's Got Talent" tonight and I actually went up and sang. There were a lot of people there, so it was kind of a big deal, haha. I sang "Come Fly With Me" by Frank Sinatra, even though that wasn't the song I wanted to do. (They were all mixed up and didn't have the CDs for the songs I wanted to do. Oh well.) So that was fun. I'm proud of myself.
I just found out that Maritime are playing at the House of Blues in Anaheim on Thursday, October 18th. I would realllly like to go because I love Maritime. Tickets are only like $20 and I think they're opening for Jimmy Eat World. Anyone interested? Maritime have a new album coming out too.
We've only had two days of class, but I like my classes so far. I have good professors and a nice schedule. No class on Fridays, but I do have to work 9-5.
