1. Not a fan of the term lame, but the plot of this episode was pretty silly.
2. Awesome, of course.
3. No.
4. I think her actions were understandable and in-character for Rose considering she only just got to meet the father that died when she was an infant. However, that doesn't make it the right decision. I don't think she had the right to suggest that to Tommy. His father was an abuser, and no one has the right to suggest that an abuse victim stay in contact with and/or forgive their abuser. Tommy, as the victim (and his mother for herself too)_, has the right to decide for himself whether or not he wants to keep that contact. Neither choice is right or wrong. Rose's mistake is that in assuming that because she never got to know her father as a child, that means everyone should want to know their father and have a relationship with them. The two situations are not alike, and Tommy's father is not her father.
5. I think they've developed this camaraderie. They understand each other. They know what they other will do in any given situation. They don't have to ask each other what the other is thinking or going to do. They are very at ease. Personally, I don't buy the romance angle as a whole, but I do think Rose is fully in love with him at this point and he thinks he's in love with her/knows she's in love with him/is trying to be in love with her for her sake. And they do care deeply for one another.
