So... i'm at work right now and I am trying to do an upgrade for a sprint customer and so I hjave to call customer service and make sure that he is qulified for the $150 mail in rebate. So I called sprint customer service and my wait time was going to be about 20 min... 62 min and 58 sec later... I am still on hold. Shitty
