Hi everyone! Sorry I've been rather quiet this week. Work has been crazy.
Thank you to everyone for sharing in the first post. It was great getting to hear about everyone's different reasons for doing NaNo. I wish you all good luck in meeting whatever your personal goal is. Also, I think it's neat that so many of you are writing original stories. I hope that at some point you may be willing to share a snippet with the rest of us. I know I'd love to catch a glimpse of what you're all writing (this goes for the fanfic writers too!)
Anyway, I thought I'd check in and see how everyone is doing now that the first week of Nano is almost over.
Mine is going okay. I'm over 12,000 words right now, which is a bit lower than I'd like. Some of my ideas this week have needed longer to get from mind to page I suppose. I'd like to be at close to 20,000 by the end of the weekend but I have work to do to so I'm not sure I'll meet that goal. We'll see.
Remember - ANYONE is allowed to make a post to this community so please, feel free to utilize it, and if anyone has any ideas or suggestions for what you'd like to see happening here, let me know. I'm pretty open!
