February Challenge - Valentine, oh Valentine.
February being a short month and having the most popular romance related day smack bang in the middle of it, we have decided to do a Valentine themed challenge for this month. The theme for this challenge are Love and Sex Cheques. For those not familiar with them, they're sort of cute gag gifts that are cheque books with various things in the field where fiscal amounts would go. For example: a book of Love Cheques, Hot Sex Cheques, more Love Cheques, Porn Star Cheques and Naughty or Nice Cheques. You get the idea.
bookshop came up with the initial idea of fic'ing the love cheques, in the Harry Potter fic community, the_eros_affair, giving credit where credit is due. Unlike the_eros_affair, however, this challenge will not focus on one pairing or character, but will be open to whoever you the writer wish to write about. So if it's Doctor Who, Torchwood, The Sarah Jane Adventures and/or K9 and Company, then write away!
The Love Cheques scenarios below are from the Bonk of Eros' (yes, you read that right,) original Love and Sex Cheques books. In some cases, they've been altered slightly to fit the Doctor Who universe. Fic of all types set in the Doctor Who, Torchwood, Sarah Jane Adventures Universes are all acceptable. Slash, het, gen. You write it, we want it. Any pov is fine. Fic must be a minimum of 500 words. Non members are as always welcome to participate. Members post your fic as normal, non members, comment to this post with the link to your fic. The challenge will close on the 28th February 2007 with the masterlist of fic posted on the 5th March. You may claim one prompt and are welcome to claim another upon completion of your first prompt.
