SYNOPSIS: On the eve of his regeneration, the Doctor gets a second chance to change his biggest mistake. What if he'd brought Jack back from Satellite Five?

Second, Charles Dickens for writing the greatest of all Christmas stories (excepting the original one). It has been an inspiration to me since my childhood and revisiting it as I worked on this was an unexpected pleasure.
