Almost SA. The only difference is that the chain of this necklace is not gold but the same brassy colour as the cones. The cones are basically SA from what I can tell.

Almost SA. There is one difference in the stamped pattern: The original from Urban Outfitters is almost identical except for those arrows on the wings (see close up).
Has not been altered at all - not painted gold, not varnished the gem black.
