So this is adulthood?
We own a house.
It's 3 bedrooms plus has those other things like kitchen, living room, hallway, garage and laundry room. Plus a neat little backyard that is fenced in.
For the past three days, we have painted, taped and cleaned. For those that were coming up to help, Thank You and sorry we finished earlier than expected.
The house is now chocolate, Blue, golden/yellow and an unbelievably light green in the kitchen that is very pretty and what I refer to as "Zombie" Green as it is one of the classic colors used to imitate dead flesh badly. (If the dead flesh looks pretty, you've failed to accomplish your goal artists)
George loves it.
And now, now we are having conversations like "So what kind of dishwasher to we want to get." "How much would it cost to have that tree removed?" "Should we paint the outside first or re-carpet?"
This is frightening stuff my friends. Frightening Stuff.
