ERIE, Pennsylvania (AP) - A woman charged in the drunken-driving death of her son went to a bar after his funeral instead of reporting back to jail, state police said.
The article goes on to explain that she was released from jail for 24 hours to attend the funeral of her son, who she killed, and instead of returning to jail she went to a bar. It’s a fundamental flaw that any woman can get pregnant and any man can donate to that cause.
While I can easily accept she has an alcohol dependency issue she had been in jail, and thus sober, for days prior to the 24 hour release. You’d think she’d have the ability to be “free” for 24 hour without getting wasted.
