Brand New Day
Just got in and after spending a bit of time to reassure the kitty (who is now very grateful to have me home) will be heading out for a New Year's dinner, of my own, at the Diner, then to attend to a few errands (we need toilet paper) before returning home and hopefully watching Mrs. Barbie-Potato Head pretend to be a spy. The Diner may not be the most healthful choice I could make but it will suffice.
There are several things that I could attend to (applying for a promising new job, etc.) that can and will wait for tomorrow. For now, I'd like to relax and enjoy the evening. Any post on the actual festivities will have to wait...
