Why were you away for so long?
No particular reason I guess. I quit my website, and I quit doing stuff online except for email. I've also been very busy with play practice, seeing marcus, and other misc events that keep me away from home. so when i did have a chance to go online, it would be for more practical purposes than my live journal or visiting my favorite sites. Then recently I was like "OH! I still have a livejournal, don't i?" then I felt guilty for not keeping it up-to-date. so here i am! :)
how's your boyfriend?
He's great. We're great. We've past our one year mark now! Isn't that exciting?? Our anniversary was on Halloween. We didn't do anything out of the ordinary, but we still had fun. :) We went to eat at AppleBee's and played a sort of game where we guess what the waiter/waitress's names were before we saw their name tag. Then we went to SamGoody and probably a few other places. Then we sat in my Blazer and opened our gifts. Then I took him home. :)
What are you hoping to get for xmas?
My family isn't gonna give much for gifts this year. I put out a christmas list to my relatives though for when we have a party at my Grandmas house. A few of the items on the list were: personal cd player, clay aiken's cd, art supplies, board games, and fun tshirts.
How'd the play go?
I was sick of going to play practices though halfway. Since I didn't have a big part, i was bored to death just sitting there every other night. And the play seemed like it was going to be a big failure, because we weren't organized, didn't have all the props, and didn't even have our set until a week before our performance. And we had even pushed the play BACK a month so we could prepare more, but we still didn't seem ready by Dec 4th. But somehow, the night of our first show, it all came together. I thought it went extremely well. it was weird being backstage during a play instead of in the audience! So it was a good experience overall. I haven't decided if I'm gonna do the spring play or not yet though.
How's life in general?
Mostly good. Somedays I feel like stuff is falling apart, but then I get back into my normal optimistic mood and everything is fine again. I don't know what else to say to this question.
how are your sister & her new husband?
They are great. We are gonna spend Christmas Day at their house playing games and whatnot. I love their wedding pictures. They turned out beautiful. How could they NOT when they got married in a garden!? :) I organized all of the pictures from the reception (taken with the disposable cameras on the tables) into albums, too. I love pictures!
