While recuperating in the hospital with the license to ill, I watched more TV than I did in the last year combined, with some actually very interesting shows on the air. One of them was "Scream Bloody Murder", a CNN documentary detailing the genocides of the 20th century, complete with soul-rendingly graphic evidence of the atrocities committed and more than enough examples showing how the world doesn't give a shit about innocents being mutilated, raped and butchered as long as there is no financial gain to be had. For some naive reason I thought of Bill Clinton as a decent president, but seeing how he didn't give two shits about his campaign promises to intervene in the Sarajevo conflict until heavily pressured and after thousands of deaths that could've been avoided, I retract that notion.
Also, they illustrate very vividly how the piece of shit conglomerate of neutered lardasses that is the UN failed to do anything at all during the Rwuanda killings and basically encouraged the slaughter to continue by pulling their limp dicks out of the whole region without doing anything even remotely effective.
Heh, they even mentioned how the US didn't want to bomb the concentration camps nor the train tracks leading to them back in WWII because it supposedly would have detracted from war resources.
Anyways, if there is any way you can get your hands on this amazingly eye-opening piece of historical honesty, please do so. It only costs you the faith in humanity.
