new job
so I now have my new position at CotC. my new title is
Funeral Home assistant/apprentice embalmer
as the assistant to the ENTIRE funeral home my job consists of running to various state agencies (health department, coroner's offices, doctors offices, consulates and embassies) in addition to my working services and visitations. also I am responsible for getting the fleet of vehicles ready every morning, that usually means washing them and filling them with gas.
I also will begin serving my embalming apprenticeship as soon as my license arrives in the mail.
and I have been promised by my manager that very soon I will be scheduled to start sitting in on arrangements so that I can begin to learn the ins and outs thereof
all in all, my career seems to finally be taking off
