You scored as Egyptian Pantheonic Pagan. You scored as an Egyptian Pagan. With equal draw to both men and women, the Egyptian pantheon is a wealth of ancient stories and forgotten customs. Very seductive to the more cerebral Pagans, devoting oneself to this faith often means being willing to really work on finding out who your Gods were. Never an easy undertaking. Dedicated and insightful, you know you're among good company with those who also understand your Gods.

And...it's always nice to randomly go to a favorite site and learn that Uncle Sam has deemed that it's not inappropriate and removed it from the SmartFilter block. I know Toni's gonna be surprised to get post replies from me....hehe.

So...here I am...again...at work...again. Life is soooooo boring up here. I'm burning through anime as soon as I get it from Toni. Have read about a dozen books in the last month. Have gone through the first seasons of Night Gallery, Twilight Zone, and MacGyver, as well as season two of Quantum Leap. Getting ready to borrow Sliders (1&2) and the entire Highlander series from Brian. Keeping up with the Naruto manga (impatiently) and the anime, which I was pretty unimpressed with the way they transformed the manga into this week's double episode...could've done SOOOO much more with it, but it keeps the cravings at bay. Waiting for the bills to all go through...waiting to have enough extra to get the matched wedding set that I promised Toni for our 5th anniversary. I dunno, there's just something nice about having matched wedding bands, y'know? We're gonna get her diamond transferred over to the new set seeing as she's said repeatedly how attached she is to it....and that any decent sized diamond would look gaudy. So yah, twist my arm to get me to not buy a nice big sparkly *grin* Other than all that, things are well...I still worry about Conner and these bouts of anger he starts having about a month into my rotation up here. It's really difficult to keep working here, no matter how good the money is, without constant reminders from Toni that she really IS ok and that she can handle Conner's outbursts. Just leaves me feeling guilty as hell for abandoning her for two months at a time. *mutter*...I keep hearing "You've gotta do what you've gotta do" but knowing it and feeling it are two completely different things. On a more personal note, I'm expanding my knowledge of Egyptian Paganism and finding out more about the path that best suits me. Will strike some people as very odd, I'm sure...but I dunno. It's centuries older than Christianity which was tailor made by Constantine to suit his political goals (kudos to Dan Brown for pointing that one out to the world). And there's no solid concept of "good" or "evil"...just perceptions of what is right or wrong based on the situation. May not be accurate, but that's my take on it so far. Like I said, I'm taking baby steps right now, but learning as I go. I'm sure there's a jaguar out there who'd be willing to help out with that whenever I get a chance to sit down and talk with her a bit.
