Hmm...you remind me of Jiang Wei. He's loyal and optimistic (even when his ass was getting kicked) and relies on his brains more than brute strength. It's probably just me, but I'll stick with this decision.

Jiang Wei is my vote. Loyal, smart, quick. He's a follower, but towards the end of the Three Kingdoms period ends up playing a major role himself.
