Zhuge Liang- His strategies truly are divinely inspired. That, plus his resourcefulness (Imagine borrowing arrows from Cao Cao :P ) is almost unearthly.
Yue Ying- Her ploy to spread rumors about her unpleasant appearance was a very smart way to find someone who sees more than physical beauty and appreciates intellect.
Xiahou Dun- His strong sense of commitment. In losing his battle against Zhuge Liang in Bowang (if I remember correctly) he swore to Cao Cao that he (Cao Cao) could have Xiahou Dun’s head if he lost. And he lost the battle, and indeed offered his head.
