I did my first ever bout of Doctor Who cosplay yesterday when I went in to see the parade in Greenwich Village. I went as Four, who's not quite my favorite Doctor - that wobbles between his predecessor and maybe Nine - but who has my favorite costume of all the Doctors. It's just so iconic - plus, incredibly comfortable to wear if you're going to be wandering around Halloweening all night
my Fourth Doctor costume ... I'm not making a very Four face, but mine cannot do the things his does (which, I'm definitely not sorry about). The next time I do this (probably at the Icon convention in Stonybrook, which is where I got the scarf), I'm going to curl my hair a bit, but otherwise I'm pretty happy about my costume
I also took a gooseneck pumpkin and painted it up to be the Loch Ness monster ...

Did anyone else go to the parade in Who attire? I didn't see anyone, but there were swarms and swarms of people there.
