Turlough needs a friend

My Boyfriend wants to cosplay as Turlough for Chicago Tardis and I would like to dress as a character from one of his stories. I would like a secondary character so no Five, Tegan, Peri.

His idea was Captain Wrack and have Turlough in chains with me leading him around. I'd just really need a Pirate wench outfit and that would be easy to find and fix up.Or I could just wear my Seven costume. Turlough/Seven?

Any other ideas?
