One & Eight Type Shirts on eBay dirt cheap
EDIT - I'm adding tags for Two, Four and The Master here now - there's some good frocks/nehru jackets to be had through this seller that covers a gamut.
For One, Eight and Turlough cosplayers looking for a good wingtip collar dress shirt that fits your budget look no further than anthonysformalwear.co.uk on ebay. They're offering white wingtips in various sizes for $10 a piece (Buy-It-Now) due to overstock.

For potential Eight Cosplayers looking to loosen the canon of color or go more 'comic strip Eight' they have a few more frocks (various colors/sizes) and black brocade vests available as well. Like this one:
They *just* added some neat looking jackets for those looking for slightly off-canon or just excellent starting garb for Two, Four and The Master.
FYI for those looking:
"wedding, prom, goth" jackets are the "Eight" style, but could kinda work for a Four too. Pick your color really but they can offer green and black in velvet.
"tails" jacket is a good "Two" or passable "One" style - Black only. They may eventually offer an ex-hire in suiting material and not velvet.
"edward" jacket is a good base "Four" style ( and could work for an Eight. Brown or Burgandy velvet.
nehru jacket is a good base "Master" Degaldo Style although in Velvet so it's more Delgado-meets-Ainley. They have the best range on these right now - wide range of colors but sadly ot as many in black.
The purple velvet jackets would be great for anyone looking to step out of the Whoniverse and cosplay The Joker as well.
dress trousers might available if you ask in $15 range too.
I've already picked up a few wingtip shirts for myself and our One Cosplayer - hard to beat the price. We bought our first one for our Eight cosplayer in the $75 range last year if that tells you anything.
This seller and link is already added to the eight breakdown but I'll go ahead and add this to the One breakdown as well for future ref. Yikes, I'm also in for some updates tonight on the Two, and Four breakdowns as well. I'll probably make a footnote in the Three breakdown too.
