Power of Three top

Does anyone know anything at all about this blink-and-you'll-miss it top Amy's wearing in The Power of Three? It's the Whistles jacket over the top, but there's something floral? going on underneath.

I realise it's hella unlikely we'll ever ID this one, but hoping someone might've seen a pic that provides more info, or read something, that'll help us all with Pond Wardrobe Completeness. :P
