Mod Post: New User Agreement And Issues Thereto
Gang, we're aware of the asshattery that is the not-legally-binding/highly-dubious translation of the Russian terms of service (TOS) and we're discussing next steps.

EDIT 2: apparently part of the new TOS mandates a user handing over a lot of personal information ("registering with the authorities") if they have over 3000 followers - something to do with violating Russian laws re: public assembled. Waiting to hear how that might apply to large communities, such as this one.
