Brand name?

Hi everyone!

I was wondering if anyone has managed to track down Rose's jacket from Doomsday?

Or know what brand it is? If it's Oasis, Diesel, or Topshop?

unfortunately, my quick troll of the community archives (google search "rose", "doomsday" and "dw_cosplay") didn't turn up any hits. It seems everyone is much more into her armwarmers from that eps.

I'll let you know if I find anything else.

PS - I don't know if you're new to our community, but you might want to have a browse, yourself, through the entries tagged Rose - although I'll admit there are a LOT of those! :)

You know, it's not so much that I'm more into the armwarmers, but rather that they're a bit more tangible. ;-) I've not had any luck locating that jacket or even just the brand for it, and I've been searching far and wide for about a year now. (I really, really love that jacket.) I think I once heard someone suspect it's Diesel, but I think no one's really sure.

Piper wore so much of that brand, I can see why it would be a logical guess.

*makes mental note to start a grass roots campaign for the Beeb to host an off-the-rack-costuming info page. Hell, they've got practically everything else on the web site, they might as well do a product placement deal...*

(I have, in fact, wondered if there *IS* a product placement deal for some lines of clothing, given how often they show up...)

I've heard that as well, but I can't find any evidence of it.

Also, just running through Ebay, there are a ton of leather bomber jackets under the Atmosphere brand name, several of which are the purple/blue color she wore in Series 4 so I would check Atmosphere as well.
