As with other companions, these items are in high demand and out of stock in stores. The best way to find any of these are to seach eBay regulary. Many cosplayers have made their own versions that look amazing or found great alternative matches.
Silence in the Library/Forest of the Dead:
The following information was provided by Louise Page, the costume designer for series 2 - 4:
The spacesuits were adapted from a particular type of racing driver suit. I searched the country high & low looking for enough the same! Then they had to be chopped up and remade! The fabric was flame retardant and slightly quilted. The collars were made by Millenium effects as were the helmets. The boots were moon boots and the gloves were ski gloves.

Oh! This is one of my most favourite purchased outfits for a guest artiste ever! As I only had 2 hours shopping time and had lined this outfit up for Alex hoping it would work! And she looked so beautiful in it. The dress was actually purchased in the Selfridges sale (otherwise I couldn’t have afforded it) and was from AMANDA WAKELEY. It was ivory silk satin.
The cardigan was all over sequins on knitted cashmere!!!!!!!!!!!! And was DONNA KAREN. Many £ !!!! but she did look like she’d fallen from heaven!
According to Moffat in the accompanyin Doctor Who Confidential pisode, River's blaster gun is the one previously owned b Captain Jack Harkness John Barrowman) in th 2005 series.

River also wears UnderArmor gloves, teardrop pearl earrings, brown suede boots that come to the knee--very simple style, they were never identified. Also a silver 5 " torch, and either the VM or a large watch on the left wrist. The trousers are a medium to darkish chocolate brown; riding breeches work well. There are two black stripes down the side. There are a lot of places to buy breeches for fairly cheap, you can also use yoga pants. Athleta carries a color called Falcon that is a good brown. Note: If you're putting the stripes on the pants, make sure you get stretchy ribbon, otherwise they pucker like crazy. You also need a brown leather fanny pack, and if possible, both pockets should be equal. You can hang a drop holster from the fanny pack

"It's supposedly a Luftwaffe Officer Tunic with silver collar braid. Insignia seems to include Luftwaffe Flieger Division Oberstleutnant Collar Tabs (Yellow), WW2 German Luftwaffe Officer Tunic Eagle, & Luftwaffe Senior Paratrooper/Flight Officer Epaulettes (Gold Yellow piped). The epaulettes seem to each have a large gold rank pip on them. I'm not sure about the other pins that are on the left chest & collar. I remember there being a difference of opinion as to whether the bottoms she's wearing are the jodhpurs or the trousers that go with the Luftwaffe Officer uniform. " - jade_stormcloud
