Clara's Urban Outfitters Dress
So I'm in England at the moment and today we went to a local mall, and found a brand new Urban Outfitters was there. My sister and I split the cost and got Clara's dress! It just screams 90s, and gotta admit it's a bit sheer and flimsy but it's growing on me!
