Blink Martha
Yesterday I went to the Doctor Who New York meetup as Martha from Blink. I relied on this reference pic to put the outfit together because I've never seen anyone cosplay this before.
Here's a brand breakdown in case someone else wants to attempt this outfit. All of these items are at least 1 year old, but similar things from the current season can be found if you look:
Skirt: Gap
Lace shirt: Express
Cardigan Vest: The Limited

Boots: Timberland
Leggings (not seen in the photo): Express
For next time, I'll add the bow & arrow set, get a more accurate headband, and hem the skirt. I'm also working on finding a similar blazer for her other outfit from this episode.
