First up, Forever 21 has a taupe leather jacket ($35) for The Doctor's Wife and maybe could work for The Girl Who Waited outfit too.

Second, Kohl's has cream top ($20) similar to the one in The God Complex. The only problem is that the buttons are hidden. They also have a pair of yellow/orange tights "carmel corn" ($8) that would work for the Let's Kill Hitler outfit.
