Which 10th Dr costumer is the best?

First post here and I hope it's not a redundant question! My 12 year old daughter wants to go as femme-10 for Gallifrey One in Feb and so I am looking at the different sites and on ebay for the costume. Is there a cosplay site that is better than another? I'm looking at Hellocosplay - thoughts?
