River new costume, help!

Hi,
I've made the TIA/DOTM costume and now want to try the latest..anyone have a lead on this jacket.

I found something close but not quite right...

I can't figure out what they used for the sleeves...it's not the karin jacket, the shoulders aren't right.

Ideas?
