This is crazy!

After 3 days of drinking water all day long and 1 cup of coffee in the AM as well as eating 1250 calories a day...watching my sodium, fat, veggie, carb consumption I have lost 6.2 pounds...and trust me, I know that is purely water!  Man, I just love how booze and salt hang onto water. As gnarly as this sounds I cant wait to get to the real fat weight so I know what I am working with. I have a feeling by the end of the week I'll be down 10 pounds. Currrazy!
