Movie theatres arm customers against cell phones.
This is kind of a neat idea - you can alert ushers to rude people with phones. However, a certain part of this article bothered me. “We had gotten to the point ... where we have had people getting into physical battles in theaters. One customer will say to another ’Shut off your cell phone’ or ’Shut up’ ... We’ve had people assaulted with bats, knives, guns.” It seems to me that this theatre may have more issues than just cell phones if people are getting in with bats...

I don't remember if I posted this before, but if I didn't you need to look. These are modeled after the inspirational posters (and the fabulous Despair, Inc).

In other news, we have a new coach! I like what I see so far, and I'm excited for the season. However, I do have an idea for the MSU Board of Trustees. "Rock solid" is a fun catch phrase. You can use it once. You should not, however, use it 10 times in one speech. Trust me, it gets a little old. :-P
