IT'S THAT TIME AGAIN
GET THOSE CREATIVE JUICES FLOWING!!
I think this year we should maybe re-post some old prompts that were never used or used for unfinished works as well as NEW ideas! We have lots a new WONDERFUL writers, and even some of us oldtimers who might be working THROUGH their horrible, terrible unfair writers block. (oh sorry that's just me)
ANYWHO, That's the point of this...
INSPIRATION!!!
So...
Leave a prompt, pick a prompt, write something we can sink our teeth into!
For anyone new to this, here's what you do...
To LEAVE a prompt, post it in a comment.
To WRITE for the prompt, simply respond in another comment as a reply to the original comment.
1. PROMPTS: Use your imagination! Words, songs, poems, quotes, commercial jingles, pics (keep 'em small tho) or maybe some scene running through your head and you'd like to see someone bring it to life.
Post them like this so we can all stay on the same page
Pairing: ie Miranda/Andrea, Emily/Serena/Lily, Any
What you want to see: ie Singing in the shower or "What part of 'That'sAll' do you not understand?"
2. RESPONSES: Please make sure you give it a title (It's SO much easier for people to find it again when they know the title) MOST IMPORTANT RATING Rate your story! It's very very necessary. Especially R or NC17. It's up to the writer to interpret the prompt but please honor the pairing (or lack of). After all, that's what the prompter is jonesing for. If, as all we readers hope, your story is too long for a comment, post it to your journal or the community and post the link, don't let us miss it!
3. FEEDBACK: THAT'S WHY WE DO IT!!! Sure we write for ourselves too, but the true joy is when someone else enjoys what we create. Please let the writers know how much you enjoyed their work.

I'm thinking maybe start today and just go week by week. SOMETIMES, setting an end date detures writing because it's too much like a deadline. This is supposed to be FUN!! So ENJOY each others creativity!
