Hello!!
New to posting to this site and its been a really long time since I've even been on Livejournal but a couple nights ago I had a dream of DWP and I new I needed to see it in the written word! Now I've thought of writing it myself but classes started up yesterday and I am taking 18 course hours and they are all upperclass so my time is spent doing very little reading fanfic let alone writing. Plus I haven't wrote anything good ever!!! Lol anywho to the prompt
Miranda has know she was a lesbian from a young age but knew as a business woman she couldn't be out. So she marries...She has only ever been married to Steven but he had an accident long before the marriage and can't do the deed, the marriage is more of convenience than for actual love. The twins exist through a sperm donor and IVF or another. The relationship between Steven and the girls are up to the writer. Enter Andrea and the whole cannon movie except for the small changes as before. Miranda and Andrea meet again (up to author how) they become friends and get closer and closer and Andrea believes that Miranda's relationship with Steven is love and is confused and leaves Miranda again this time bc she is in Love with Miranda and doesn't want to be a homewrecker. Miranda goes to set her straight and they begin a relationship with all above parties only knowing. Andrea understands why she needs to be discrete all she wants is Miranda and Girls and will do anything to keep them including being 'the other woman'. Steven grows to resent the relationship even though he gave his blessing, even threatens to go to the press. Enter Stress and Angst on all parties. Then Miranda and Andrea come home to Steven and another dude ( really want the dude to be either too young or important where a scandal could be cause if it came out) and since Steven can't perform ...you get the idea. Andrea threatens to make it into a story and Steven finally agrees for a divorce and then whatever the Author wants to add....then happily ever after!!
