TO POKE OR NOT TO POKE...
Hello All,
Been a while...
Not quite ready to jump back into writing yet (as much as I wish I felt up to it...long story) anyway, July 4th would mark the time for the third annual "Poke the Dragon, Wake the Muse Comment Fic-a-thon" I know punky has the AMAZING Fic-a-Day writing extravaganza going on, but I thought maybe there might also be some out there, that for whatever reasons, weren't able to participate or in need of inspiration.
We always end up with so many incredible works as a result. Some are in fact now classics in our community.
Anywho, I just wanted to see if the interest is there for me to proceed with the comment fic-a-thon.
I was thinking opening it around 6-22 or 23 and ending 7-6 or 7. Just a couple of weeks or if wanted maybe longer (all month) to encourage even more Mirandy goodness to accompany punky's FANTASTIC idea. Oh yeah, we'in fact got the bingo cards too don't we.
Maybe we could make July 2013 the biggest writing 'dump' in our 'family's' history. (I don't think any of us will be spending the time reading any "published sequels" anyway- I know I won't just after reading the first chapter- if we have days and days of OUR writings to enjoy. Mirandy Rules!
